Mobile Notary Public Loan Signing Agent

Hi! I’m Tracy and I am a Commissioned Washington Mobile Notary Public and Professional Loan Signing Agent. Certified through the NNA and Loan Signing System.
I travel to clients for loan document signings or general notarizations in the comfort of their own home, office, or other location preference. I do not have an office for you to come to, instead as a convenience for you, I will travel to your destination of choice for a minimal milage fee. The fee is dependent on total roundtrip milage to and from your desired location.

It is my Duty as a Notary Public to manage and keep information confidential. I have experience with Reverses Mortgages, Heloc Loans, Refinance Loans, Investment, Seller and Purchase Documents, Will’s and POA’s and many other general documents needing Notarized. I provide friendly services in the greater Everett, Lake Stevens, Snohomish, Marysville, Lynnwood, Monroe and many Snohomish County areas. I am also willing to travel further to Skagit County areas and with enough notice, Island and King Counties.

I am bonded, insured and background screened and a Member of the National Notary Association.

Please feel free to contact me for an exact estimate and to schedule an appointment if interested in my services. Thank You So Much!

Be prepared to sign your documents with your notary:

  • Must have a valid, government issued photo ID with you when you meet for notary services.

  • Be sure to have all of the documents that need to be notarized with you.

  • Be sure the documents are complete and ready for signature. If you need legal advice, please consult an attorney. The notary public is prohibited from helping you to prepare, complete, or understand legal documents.

  • Some documents may require signature witnesses in addition to notarization. Please ensure you do not need a witness.
